I tried everything but got stressed I can't activate this app,I tried different valid ID but it always say unexpected occurred please try again later., how can I use this it's a useless APP

So far it is good and user friendly. Very promising and I am an avid fan, enthusiast of crypto-world so I love this platform. There should be trading platform and crypto graphs. Please lessen the fees for top up and cash out. I hope that we can change/edit also the phone number once registered, no options for phone number changes. Thanks.

This is my first time trying this app, and it's also just for work purposes I'm a bit disappointed by this app because I'm trying to activate my account and he options of ID needed is limited only, so on the process of validating my account the system says that the ID doesn't match to the live scanning which is really true because the ID I had old photo in a small size and a bit blurred, I have emailed the customer service line but it takes days before it response don't use this app it not legit
