Did not work. I have a Samsung Galaxy 22. It would show my home screen. Anytime I'd try and open an app, tv would go black. I read all the reviews of issues. I was hoping maybe my newer phone might help. Nope! Also the adds are annoying. Different types of adds so can't tell when you can skip, or you just sit there.

I couldn't do anything with out an ad popping up,, if that doesn't sound bad, let me get even more honest... there were approximately 6 and a half ads I had to sit thru for at least 5 to 15 seconds b4 could x out, if not more i am being considerate, as I did not actually time them, however I did not even have the app for more than 2 or 3 minutes becuz I couldn't get to a point of progress to even connect or see if it would connect to the TV I was trying to view with. Too radical for why??

After running the app's HDMI/MHL compatibility check, it failed to recognized that my smartphone is not compatible. I tried the connection via USB-C to HDMI adapter to HDMI cable and the smartphone's screen was not mirrored. Afterward, my smartphone tested MHL uncompatible according to another app and also read online that a smartphone's USB-C port has to be 3.0 gen 1 or 2 or higher in order to be MHL compatible and my Nokia x100 has an USB-C 2.0 port.
