I was so excited to use this app to map out our day. When I enter the address under plan trip, it says Google can't pull it up. So I thought maybe if I created an account, the app would work better. That was silly of me. It still didn't work, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now it won't only pull up the address it doesn't even recognize my login. SMH.

Worst app and service. Checked the app and waited at stop for trolley. App kept saying bus was 37 minutes away. Finally went into store to get warm and see the trolley coming. Ran to catch it and the driver completely ignored us running to the stop and didn't even pause at the stop. App still says next bus is 37 minutes away. Avoid Pigeon Forge public transit is you can
