Max level characters turn into level 1 characters that shouldn't even be in the game anymore. For example my max level archers turned onto level 1 goblins that were removed from the game years ago. This has been in the game for almost a year now and it still hasn't been fixed. This game is unplayable. Don't bother installing this game or spend any money on gems. Using them to upgrade characters just to have it all reset is a scam. There are many reviews like this that have all been ignored.

It is a great game with few problems. However, when I spend all troops that are max level, it will say they are max level but are actually reverted to level one. Also, I'm not sure why Lucifer got nerfed. I remember when it was an actual challenge. Also, I can no longer battle friends or even have friends at all! So the developers are straight up lying when they said that you could. It used to be a great game until these problems came along

Waste of time, been awhile since i had played. Doesn't allow me to connect to Facebook to recover account. Now my save data is lost from my new account and was glitching a lot my first 3 characters for the army were maxed out but shows that i can only train the lvl 1 versions of them but when i click to go upgrade shows its maxed and then when i had gotten the spear character i click to upgrade which it was however when i click to finish by using a gem it takes the gem but doesn't finish upgrade
