It's a great app to monitor billing but some time updating of data was too late

It used to be good app but from some time it's duplicate bill portion is not working

It was good at first. But it doesn't give you live data regarding load shedding/power outage. Many times there was no electricity for 4 or even more hours but the app would say that there was no power outage. The server is down at times and it can be hard to even to file a complaint at times as the server isn't responding. Fix this for good. Now the app has stopped working all together.
