As Bronze, Silver, and Gold members, customers can view their loyalty points and redeem them accordingly. Additionally, our customers can provide shopping feedback to help us enhance their shopping experience. Our app also tracks all sales transactions to ensure that rewards points are accurately earned and applied.

Ratings and reviews

They are literally roaming around the mall asking everyone to install the app, claiming that it will offer discounts. In reality, there is no actual discount; the app only gives 10 points for every Rs 1,000 spent (which is nothing). Calling this a “discount” is quite misleading.

I had a great purchasing experience with Chase Value on Amazon Mall. The service was excellent, the process was smooth, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, and I look forward to shopping with them again. Highly recommended!

it's not about Chase value app and other staff, I'm writing about cashier and staff with him who make package. these both staff guys doing fraud with customers, hiding items during packaging. paid for all items we have given them for bill but during packaging they hide/theft a item in my case at Multan Chase Value. Be aware of this type of fraud at Multan Chase Value. actually we gave them shopping basket with all items, during Bill they will add all items, during packaging they're hiding items
