Slow service and easy to use this app because When I login to the account, it says the username is invalid. When I signed up, it said that the account was already registered on the email. When I entered the same email and forgot password reset instruction have been emailed to you. When I checked my email, the instructions had not been sent to me. If they send the link, they send it too late and the link doesn't even open. There is also no option to delete account in this app.

Rubbish. Strange limitation of 6 digit password selection, that too without instructions to do so. And then, it says that OTP is sent, but you will not receive OTP, and so, will not be able to log in. Helpline, is a cell number, and instead of sorting out OTP issue, will advise you to go to railway station to book tickets. Overall, everything about them in Non Functional.

Very poor and pathetic service.I cancelled two ticket. They told that "Cancel request in pending". After 10 days I am unable to get my refund. While booking process they immediately deduct their required ticket amount. So far it was bad experience with SJMCPL. In future I am not going to use this app for booking.
