Dukan.pk – Digitizing Sellers I’ve used this app and had a mixed experience. Some features are good, while others definitely need improvement. When we receive payments from customers via QR code, the amount is instantly shown as "received" in the app. But the funds remain in "pending" status and are only transferred to our bank account after 5 to 6 days. This delay is frustrating for business operations, as smooth cash flow is essential. The service feels unreliable due to such long d

The app is good but it need so many improvements as the website is too slow. The other needs to be fixed asap is that you need to put more selection for the images to upload. Minimum 10 photos options. And there should be an short clip video option too. I texted on your official number for the help but no one responded

I'm liking the idea 💡, but the application needs too much improvement to make it successful if we talk about ui/ux, speed optimization. Ui/ux: - icons are too big - spacing issues - text size - each burger menu item needs to be divided for better user experience. - icons should be more realistic - all of the icons are of outlines. - colors are good but they aren't utilized properly. General issues: -if we go to credit screen, why is there profile icon on top right? I liked the idea very much
