Full of errors, very annoying. Any time I press a dropdown menu or tap next, it throws an error first time with a very generic message, system error try again later or something. First when I applied, they processed my executive application in 3-4 months and then suddenly said to me your card could not be printed because your address was too long, like I should have known in advance the character limit.

The app is anything but intuitive. It feels deliberately confusing, as if itās been designed to discourage users from successfully completing their application. Basic functions are buried, guidance is non-existent, and the overall experience is frustrating. For something as important as national ID processing, this level of poor design is unacceptable.

This app has given me the worst experience ever. It expects me to go outside just to get a GPS signal and a stable internet connection for signing up -- while other apps that require GPS or Internet work perfectly fine on the same phone and in the same location I was super excited to download this app hoping it would save me from the hassle of standing in long queues outside NADRA offices. Unfortunately, it has only left me frustrated and disappointed. This needs urgent fixing.
