Frustrating and Useless App Experience I had a terrible experience with the PAK Identity app. After creating an account, it repeatedly asked for location permissions, which I granted. However, every time I tried to log in, it showed the error message, "We can't retrieve your location at the moment." I attempted to log in multiple times, even trying different phones, but faced the same issue on all three devices. Eventually, after many attempts, I managed to log in, only to discover that

Health style
App is a very big headache. It doesn't work. I have been trying for 4 days, but the app gives "an error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later". Even I uninstall and reinstall, installed on other devices with different OS but same error, do something with it, it really gives headache. Foreign nationals cannot upload or do anything.

Fingerprint scanning option is frustrating. there must be alternate of built in fingerprint scanner for each finger rather than camera scanning technique which is not working at all. After so many attempts I finally decided to go to NADRA office. I don't know what's the use of this modern app if it is not fulfilling its purpose. For me it's a flaw.
