When we confirmed the ticket and payment is done after that no confirmation num or ticket avail by them when you try to helpline after some try they respond ask for more money then they confirm ticket otherwise no ticket given No recommended for tickets reservation if you want urgent ticket or you have short of money

The app is so slow!! Takes so much time to complete one command. I was expecting to have Google Maps integration so that one can see the loaction and distance of the hotel. Needs so much work to make this app useable. I would prefer bookme for hotel booking.
