I am writing to inform you about an issue I am facing regarding the wheel spin reward. According to the app, the amount won after spinning the wheel should be credited to my account. However, despite successfully spinning the wheel, I have not received the credited amount in my account. I kindly request you to please look into this matter and help resolve it at your earliest convenience. I would appreciate your support in checking my account details and updating me about the status.

Worst app i have ever used, i deposited money and whenever i try to transfer it, it says transcation limits have expired, even though my transaction limits are still available, the app continuously says login session has expired, and takes forever to load, i have complained twice regarding transaction issue but their customer service is really pathetic even after a week the issue is still there, i don't recommend anyone to install this, app deserve 0 star, easypaisa and jazzcash are way better.

worst app. as a banking app their software should be bug proof but its the worst app out there. the scheduling option doesn't work at all and if you call the helpline to inform them of such bug/issue they tell you activate the package first then schedule it from there and even still it doesn't work. in the inapp complaint area there are only 4 5 options to select from not even a "others" option where one can describe his issue in their own words. i strongly recommend NOT TO Download this app.
