I am very disappointed with SadaPay. My biometric verification failed and there is no option to retry, leaving me stuck on the "verification failed" screen. Their 24/7 chat support is mostly automated with scripted replies and does not resolve the issue. I also emailed multiple times for an account reset but got no response. There is no contact number, so there is no way to reach real support. Overall, very poor customer service and no proper solution for verification problems

I received Rs. 3500 in my UPaisa account. After that, I got a "Transaction Limit Exceeded" error and cannot send money to any wallet. I upgraded my account to Level 1 and waited almost 24 hours, but the issue is still not fixed. My receive limit is available, but daily, monthly, and yearly transaction limits all show 0. Please check my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Level 1 active, but transaction limit shows 0.Please fix my account issue. please fix my acc 1st time i trust

I have been facing an issue since 12 May and i have complained a lot of times but every time they say its resolved through message but its not. I cannot perform any transactions, send money or subscribe packages. My 'my profile ' is showing nothing and every time i try to subscribe a packahe it shows transaction limits are exhausted and when i open my 'my profile ' it shows. that my sending limits daily monthly and yearly zero out of zero and my friend is also facing the same issue.
