Since 25 December, I am unable to make any transactions on U Paisa. Every time I try, it shows “Transaction limit exhausted”, even though I have not used my limit at all. I have called the helpline a couple of times, but I did not receive any proper response or solution. Please fix this issue as soon as possible because it is making the app very difficult to use.

I'll say it again: compared to other wallets that are available in Pakistan, this app is incredibly slow. The login page loads excessively at first, and then it begins to load if you wish to view your balance after logging in. It is not a smooth operation on a typical data network. It can only be started by Wi-Fi users, but occasionally it still lags. I think lots of high-graphics content is causing this trouble. If sftwre/app develop team compress the all data to low size, then it may run good.

Sounds like you're pretty frustrated with an app, bruh! So, you've been using it for a month, and then suddenly it stopped working properly? And someone told you to check if the payment went through, but when you tried, it wasn't opening, just showing an update option? 🤔 Guess they might've meant you'll need to update it every month, maybe?
