Ratings and reviews

When I first try to get app, it doesn't give me the option to sign up, only sign in . I am a new customer trying to set up app on my phone. I tried uninstalling and installing, but it does not work. Any suggestions?

There are several things I like about this app. I like that you can self schedule after working 10 shifts, clock in and out, and the nurse can rate your work for that shift.

The pay is not competitive. They put you on a 90 day period where you can't see available shifts. You have to call in. They have a rating system which in healthcare is unrealistic. These facilities are full of miserable people. To give them power to rate us, that's a no.. May be for you. But as a nurse this company was not for me. Way too many agencies out here to deal with pettiness. Seems childish to me. A rating system? Calling in for shifts that I should be able to see on my phone? Pass🙄
