The PKP INTERCITY application allows you to purchase tickets for trains of all categories: EIP, EIC, IC and TLK with the use of statutory discounts and current promotions. Convenient purchase of return tickets, the ability to create purchasing profiles taking into account the most frequent routes and discounts. It enables the purchase of additional tickets, such as the transport of a bicycle, dog or additional luggage, and the selection of a seat from the scheme. In addition, it allows you to order a meal from WARS with delivery to your place. Access to purchased tickets also in offline mode.

Payment processing is absolutely horrible! Worst I've seen on any app ever! Needed to book 5 trips within Poland. Somehow able to get 3 confirmed and paid for after probably 10 attempts, but was never able to get payment confirmed for last 2, despite trying 20-30 combinations of credit, debit, Google play, etc. This is unacceptable and has wasted hours of my time. How about hiring devs that actually know what they're doing?!

Extremely slow, bugs, many UI/UX flaws, misleading enabled places selection when no places to offer, issues with payments via BLIK - I faced many problems during my 3 years "experience" with this app. Awful app. To prove my words: try to buy bulk tickets for your mixed gender company for overnight train.

The app misled me by throwing an error that the payment did not come through, I went back and chose another seat and the situation repeated itself, upon which I received two tickets at once in my mailbox, and it turns out I successfully paid for both! I lost 15% of the ticket cost by cancelling it.
