Payment processing is absolutely horrible! Worst I've seen on any app ever! Needed to book 5 trips within Poland. Somehow able to get 3 confirmed and paid for after probably 10 attempts, but was never able to get payment confirmed for last 2, despite trying 20-30 combinations of credit, debit, Google play, etc. This is unacceptable and has wasted hours of my time. How about hiring devs that actually know what they're doing?!

I haven't had any problems buying tickets in this app through Google pay. It is simple, easy and fast. The only little gripe I have is that it needs internet to show previously purchased tickets. If the signal is spotty, like in a train, you cannot access the ticket, forcing me to take a screenshot of the QR code beforehand. If this gets improved, it would make this app even better :)

Dziękujemy za opinię. Bilety po wyrażeniu stosownej zgody zapisywane są na urządzeniu w plikach, a także wysyłane po zakupie na pocztę email.

When you choose the English version, there is no button to agree to the terms and conditions. One cannot move past that point. The Polish and Ukrainian language selections contain that button.
