The PKP INTERCITY application allows you to purchase tickets for trains of all categories: EIP, EIC, IC and TLK with the use of statutory discounts and current promotions. Convenient purchase of return tickets, the ability to create purchasing profiles taking into account the most frequent routes and discounts. It enables the purchase of additional tickets, such as the transport of a bicycle, dog or additional luggage, and the selection of a seat from the scheme. In addition, it allows you to order a meal from WARS with delivery to your place. Access to purchased tickets also in offline mode.

Absolutely hekin awful. Numerous glitches, zero usability, one moment there are no tickets next moment there are a lot. Requires Polish shipping address when paying with Google Pay (why the hell?!). Never use it if you aren't forced to. Better ask cashiers for tickets, they are much more professional.

Takes too much time to load the ticket price. And when it does load, trying to actually buy the ticket results in an error, which says to try again later. I tried again several times within an hour to no avail. I had to go on the eIC website to buy my ticket. 2 stars because I can at least see this ticket in the app.

I wonder if any of the app developers ever tried bying tickets using it. Every time it's a freaking quest. I'm searching for the routs, getting the results, choosing one which looks good to me - and nothing happens. No way to buy. No error messages, no any explanation - just nothing.
