About this app

Agent21 Mobile is a mobile extension of the Agent21 system for insurance agents.
The app enables secure signing of policies, declarations, and applications directly on the agent's phone or tablet.
This saves users time on printing and scanning, as well as printing costs (paper and toner).

After pairing with your Agent21 on the agency's computer, a list of documents awaiting signature automatically appears on the phone.
The client signs with their finger or stylus on your mobile device, and the signed document is immediately returned to the Agent21 system, allowing you to generate a signed document for email delivery.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Pair your phone with your Agent21 using the one-time QR code visible on your Agent21 computer screen
2. Send the document for signature from your computer to your mobile device
3. The client signs on your phone or tablet using their finger or stylus
4. The client's signature automatically returns to Agent21 on your computer
5. Generate the signed document in Agent21 on your computer

REQUIREMENTS:
The application only works when paired with the Agent21 system installed on the agent's computer. The phone must be on the same WiFi network as the Agent21 server. The application does not require an internet connection—all data remains on your local network. If you don't have a license for the Agent21 system and don't have the application installed on your computer, the mobile app is useless to you and will not work.
