Fachurra is an app that lets you quickly report a fault and conveniently manage the entire repair process – from reporting, through pricing and communication, to billing and invoicing. Everything is in one place, transparently and without unnecessary calls.

Service Requests: Add requests with descriptions and photos, track status and history.
Notifications: Receive real-time information about status changes and important updates.
Quotes and Approval: Review quote proposals and confirm them with a single click.
Billing and Invoices: View your invoice list, balance, and payment due dates; download documents.
Packages/Subscription: Manage a service plan tailored to your needs.
Profile and Details: Edit contact details; if you operate within a company, your address can be managed centrally.
Login as you like: via email and password, or phone number and SMS code.
