The Medical Information application gives you quick and secure access to test results and current documentation describing your treatment in a hospital or clinic. Without the need to visit the facility, you can also have access to information about the treatment of your loved ones. Use e-registration in many medical units directly on your phone. Collect and share with your doctor selected medical documents before the visit. All this with full confidentiality, guaranteed by secure encryption of communication.

Customize the application's functionality to your needs through a convenient and fully customizable interface and have Medical Information at your fingertips!

Basic functionalities:
    • Access to information and collection of documents made available to the patient by his medical unit.
    • Create your own health documents, yours and your loved ones.
    • Send documents to the doctor, before the appointment *.
    • Managing your own list of clinics, surgeries, hospitals and other medical units, with access to always up-to-date data.
    • Secure password store and automatic login to multiple e-Registration of medical units.
    • Ability to change the appearance of the start screen (layout and size of tiles)
    • Integration with the First Aid Kit application in the area of ​​reminders about medication and schedule.

Medical Information application works with Asseco Poland information systems (mMedica and AMMS). All medical units that have Asseco Poland SA systems. they can immediately start communication with the application.
