About this app

The FALA System application is one of the tools of the FALA System, enabling convenient and quick purchase of railway tickets in the entire Pomeranian Voivodeship (includes tickets from the Pomeranian Tariff) and tickets for public transport in Tricity, Słupsk, Chojnice, Lębork, Puck, Władysławowo.

It is free and does not charge any commissions.
After downloading the FALA System application, you must create a non-personalized (anonymous) or personalized (personal) account, then log in to the e-mail address provided during registration and set your account PIN.
With the FALA System application you can, among others:
• buy a single-trip or time ticket
• buy or renew a personal season ticket (also in automatic renewal mode)
• return the ticket
• use the QR code from the application for identification during ticket inspection
• check the balance of funds in the eWallet
• top up the eWallet, set up cyclical and automatic top-ups
• download an invoice for the purchased ticket
• check the transaction history of your user account
• share your account with a family member or company
• manage a family member's shared account
• add a payment card as an identifier in the system and separately as a payment instrument
• create a travel profile (e.g. with a child, husband/partner)
• block the FALA Card and close the account

Ratings and reviews

had a data retrival error that left me unable to open the app. what does the official website say? log out and log in again. in an app that doesn't open. only reinstalling fixed it. what's the point of forcing everyone to use an app that doesn't even work half the time?

the app loads for almost a minute, errors on every step, cant purchase tickets 50% of the time, cant log in other 50%, and notifications do not come so you miss your ticket renewal. and you cant purchase monthly tickets in other apps cause they know if there was a choice, noone would use this junk

What a waste of space. Takes ages to load, cant really do anything with it and I almost got a fee for not having a valid ticket because it wasn't starting and I couldnt show controller my monthly ticket! What an etherally wise (sarcasm) idea to let only one provider sell monthly tickets. That isnt really legal also.
