About this app

Axiom is a daily calendar where you decide what the app should ask you each day—and then you can be sure that what you've written down has been saved once and for all.

For people who need to document repetitive matters day after day and be able to show them months later: contact with a child after a breakup, the progress of a family matter, a care journal for a loved one, fieldwork records, health observations, any situation where someone might say "it was different" one day.

CUSTOM QUESTIONS INSTEAD OF A RIGID FORM

You build the daily screen with blocks, and within the blocks, fields: single choice, yes/no, number, text, files. You can change the content, order, and options at any time—without losing previous answers. You'll receive a ready-made starter kit, but it's only a starting point.

You can attach a note, photos, audio recordings, and videos to each day. The file name is searchable, so you can find a day by name.

AN EVENT LOG THAT CANNOT BE AMENDED

Every change to an answer, note, or question definition is saved in the event log: what happened, what is happening, and at what time. Entries cannot be edited or deleted—even from within the app. Each event has two timestamps: from the phone and from the server, so changing the device's clock doesn't change anything. If an entry hasn't reached the server yet, the report clearly states this.

A question that has changed its content retains its wording in the log at the time of the answer. A previous entry never pretends to answer today's question.

REPORTS AND EXPORT

You select a date range, search for text in notes, answers, and file names, and filter by answers to specific questions, ranges of numbers, and attachment types. You export the results to PDF, HTML, or CSV (separately for days and the event log). The header of each export contains the filters used—it's impossible to show a snippet without knowing what was snipped from it.

The monthly view shows response statistics at a glance.

DAILY REMINDER

An evening notification with buttons for the most important questions—you answer them without opening the app. The same questions are available in the "Today" tab.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL

The record works completely offline; the data is stored in a local database on your phone and is the source of truth there. The account (email and password) is used for a backup on a server in the European Union and for a second timestamp—this allows you to use multiple devices and avoid losing your history when switching phones. Only the account owner has access to the data. You can delete the account and data yourself from the app (Your data → Delete account) or by email.

WHAT PEWNIK DOES AND DOESN'T

Pewnik organizes and secures your own record. It does not replace legal advice and is not a notarial service—it is a tool that ensures your daily report is complete, dated, and available in a minute.

Entries, notes, and the event log are not limited in the free version—and will remain so. The free version allows for two blocks of six questions each, a report for the last 30 days, and attachments only on your phone. The Pro plan removes the block and question limits, opens a report of the entire history, exports to PDF, HTML, and spreadsheets, and copies attachments in the cloud.
