About this app

Autopay is a free app that facilitates automatic toll payments and is already used by almost 2 million drivers. Thanks to it, you do not have to wait in long queues - all you have to do is slow down in front of the gate, the system will identify you, the payment will be charged automatically from the card you have linked to your account, and you can continue your trip.

Currently, you can use Autopay on motorways included in the videotolling system, i.e. on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway and on the AmberOne A1 Gdańsk-Toruń motorway. From July 1, 2023, traveling on state motorways, i.e. A4 Wrocław-Gliwice (Sośnica) and A2 Konin-Stryków, is free. If the government decides to reintroduce the fees - you will be able to use Autopay to pay for these sections as well.

Autopay allows you to buy e-vignettes to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary. All you have to do is log in to your account, select the country you are interested in, indicate the number of days and confirm the payment. The e-vignette will be sent to your mailbox (in the form of a .pdf file). You don't even need to print it. All you have to do is show it on the screen of your phone during a possible inspection.

With Autopay you will save both time and money. Each driver using our automatic payments pays PLN 3 less at each toll collection point on the A4 Katowice-Kraków section.

With it on your phone, you can safely, conveniently and maintenance-free pay for motorways, vignettes, car washes and car parks. A total failure. It demands that the invoices be done for Polish location and with a NIP. It doesn't post transactions as they happen. Unfortunately, there is a little choice if you want to go through some of the Polish freeways and don't have a citizen profile on their site. Foreigners are not welcome. And there is no way in changing the privacy settings and to end the GPS tracking

Bardzo dziękujemy za czas poświęcony na dodanie komentarza, wszystkie opinie przekazujemy do zespołu odpowiedzialnego za rozwój Autopay. Jeśli nie używasz aplikacji na odcinkach objętych e-TOLL, wejdź w sekcję "Więcej" > "Pojazdy" > "Szczegóły pojazdu" i tam odznacz opcję. Możesz też zawsze wymusić zatrzymanie aplikacji w ustawieniach telefonu.

I cannot say enough good things about Autopay. Not only is the app easy to use, it takes the worry of the cost and accessibility of parking away. It makes the process so much smoother and more pleasant. I live outside NYC and have used it many times there but I have used it in other cities as well. Recently, the garage I had arranged for was inaccessible due to street closures. I was late for work and didn’t have time to call Autopay to make other arrangements so I just pulled into another garage and paid almost 3 times as much. I knew that if I called Autopay I would get my original payment refunded. When I finally had a chance to call, they refunded my original payment and when I provided a receipt, gave me a credit for the additional cost of the parking garage that I wound up using. Hard to find such good customer service these days and it has made me a loyal customer who will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Horrible app, while adding a vehicle on mobile, you cannot just type in the make, you have to scroll through the whole bloody list. And you cannot have the app on multiple phones because once the car has been added on one phone, that's it. Utter garbage.
