It is truly impressive how complicated a simple process of collecting a parcel can become. Instead of just entering a code and opening a locker, the user is forced to download an app, create an account, verify it by email and SMS, enable GPS, turn on Bluetooth, and hope that the phone finally connects to the pickup machine — all for the basic task of receiving a package. This is probably the most unnecessarily complicated parcel pickup experience I have ever seen during my whole life.

Wiele z naszych automatów posiada już ekran dający możliwość odbioru przesyłki za pomocą kodu PIN bez konieczności pobierania aplikacji. W przypadku braku odbioru przesyłki prosimy o przesłanie opisu sprawy oraz numeru paczki na dpdmobile@dpd.com.pl

some lockers can be now opened with a pin code which resolves some issues. The app itself requires you to give them your phone number even when the package is connected to your personal email address, very scummy. the lockers without a pin terminal are awful, do not use them. I talked with other people and this isn't an isolated or a one-off issue --- comment before editing (1/5): App doesn't work well, constantly throws connection errors, has large delay.

Brilliant idea to force the user to download an app; create account; activate via email; activate via SMS; enable GPS; try multiple times to connect via Bluetooth to pickup site, just to grab a package, must have been a result of a fever dream. Edit: adding one star, because the app seems nice. Still uninstalled though.
