I have written my previous review out of anger so here's an updated version that isn't as attacking. The app is relatively complicated and a bit hard to use, parcel tracking isn't bad but an option to reroute or call the delivery driver so you aren't caught up in a moment where you can't pick up your parcel would be astonishing. My personal and overall experience was bad but I feel that happens to everyone at one point in life. I hope to eventually recieve that parcel though.

No screen, no help, no support email, no chat, no button for emergency opening. I had to send my Vinted order, I went there, reserved that box, and left inside the parcel. It did lock the door but the app shows me that my package wasn't sent and the countdown continues. I won't be able to fix it, moreover someone might open that "empty" locker to send their parcel; they will find my package inside and... they might take it. Thanks DPD! Employees not working for 4+ days (support). Great company.

App is required to receive the package. Please provide a way to receive the package without downloading app, eg. link sent via email. I don't want to be forced to get an app for everything. answer to reply: that is either not true or you are intentionally misleading customers that the app is an only way to get the package. The email explicitly says to install the app to get the package and provides no other way to do it
