App does not connect to the DPD machine after many tries, using multiple devices. The DPD helpline does not help at all. Waste of time

It is a scam. After taking my money, they refused to deliver me my parcel for an entire week. Each day, they would make up the most ridiculous excuse for another delay. After one week of this b.s., I went to a depot and I explained on the reception everything that was happening and I told them I would not leave without my parcel. I sat there for an entire day. Don't trust these crooks, unless you want to be robbed and/or waste hours on the phone with no results.

1 star. Because 11 clicks to send a package in the autobox is at least 9 too many. Imagine sending g out 5+ packages and each time you have to go in circles of 'ok, confirm, congratulations'. Also adding a package to the app - why is it default to type the long package number instead of the code scanner right away? It's pain
