About this app

The sNet + application is a simple and easy-to-use mobile version of the S.bit internet S_NET + module used by thousands of residents. The condition for the operation of the application on the phone or tablet is that the community or housing cooperative has the S_NET + module.

Using the sNet + application, the User may have access to information on all premises owned by him and managed by various managers. Among other things, it has the ability to:
• checking the account balance and the amount of rent in a given month;
• checking or giving the meter readings;
• receiving notifications from the manager;
• read the documents posted by the property manager;
• voting on resolutions;
• filling in questionnaires;
• reports of failures or failures (in this case, the manager must use the S_DOK + module).
