The SODO mobile application is a tool for managing and monitoring GDPR compliance in the company and the office. The level of compliance with the GDPR is visualized using a readable dashboard. It has been developed in accordance with our proprietary concept of the V Pillars, which makes it much easier to understand the key areas of compliance with the GDPR.
The following functionalities are available from the level of the mobile application (the full set of functionalities is available via the web application):
- dahsboard - monitoring compliance with the GDPR in 5 key areas: legality, awareness, security, regulator, rights of people whose data is processed
- users - the ability to view, add, delete and deactivate users
- authorizations - the ability to view, download, delete and withdraw authorizations
- training reports - the ability to view the status of training implementation, mark training as incomplete and / or completed
- violations - the ability to view, add, remove and edit GDPR violations and incidents
- rights of persons - the ability to view, add, remove and edit violations of the register of exercising the rights of persons whose data is processed
The scope of access to the above-mentioned functionality depends on the level of granted authorizations.
