About this app

Dometr Pro is a practical app for home builders that helps control costs, materials, tasks, documents, and subsequent stages of the project. You can store all the most important construction information in one place and always have it at hand.
Whether you're just purchasing a plot of land, preparing the foundation, installing installations, or are in the finishing stages of the house, Dometr Pro will help you organize your expenses and plan further work.
COST CONTROL
Add expenses manually, assign them to the appropriate construction stages and categories. You can open, edit, or delete each entry later.
The app allows you to save, among other things:
• expense name,
• amount and date,
• construction stage,
• cost category,
• additional information and notes.
You can use pre-defined categories such as plot, materials, labor, transportation, equipment and tools, documents and fees, and other expenses.
CONSTRUCTION BUDGET
Set a budget for the entire project and separate budgets for individual stages. On the main screen, you'll see the total value of recorded expenses, the remaining amount, and the utilization of your planned budget.
CONSTRUCTION STAGES
You can assign costs and materials to specific stages, such as plot, documentation, foundations, shell, roof, installations, finishing, and landscaping.
After opening a selected stage, you'll see all related entries, materials, and costs.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
Create a list of required and purchased materials. Record their quantity, unit, price, total cost, construction stage, and additional notes. You can edit or delete each material.
TASK PLANNING
Add tasks to be completed, assign deadlines, priorities, and construction stages. Mark completed work and monitor upcoming responsibilities without using additional apps.
CONSTRUCTION NOTEBOOK
Record important arrangements, contacts, phone numbers, deadlines, ideas, and information provided by contractors. You can also enter the name or details of the investor in the app. DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOS
Add construction photos, invoices, contracts, and other important documents. This will make it easier to find the materials you need for your project.
BACKUP AND PDF REPORT
Export a backup copy of your data and store it in a location of your choice. You can send the file to another person and load it on another phone with the Dometr Pro app installed.
You can also prepare a PDF report containing key information about the construction, costs, materials, stages, and saved data.
CONSTRUCTION CALCULATORS
Use practical calculators to help you estimate the required quantities of:
• concrete,
• blocks,
• paint,
• tiles,
• packaging materials.

What’s new
