About this app
The application "Warm up the voice" is a tool that will help you in preparing your voice for work. You can always have it with you and use it when you want to talk without strain and fatigue and be sure that your voice will avoid injury. Appropriate preparation of the larynx to the effort that is waiting for it will also prevent the occurrence of many unpleasant symptoms such as hoarseness, noise, broken voice or weakening of its strength.
If you use your voice intensively at work, you talk a lot, talk, talk, call, sing - your voice needs focus, the right attitude and preparation of muscles that are exposed to a huge effort during many hours of sound.
In the application you will find three variants of warm-up - short version (about 5 minutes), medium version (about 10 minutes) and longer version (about 15 minutes). Each version includes different exercises, so you gain a lot of exercise material.
In each variant, you will find exercises that will take you step by step from the sleep state to the ready state. Because we recognize that the voice is part of a larger whole (part of the human) and requires holistic treatment among the exercises, in addition to the exercise of exercises, you will find exercises of the body and mind, concentration exercises, positive attitude exercises, exercises to relax and warm up the muscles of the body.
Some exercises can be performed in the company of music (you decide whether you need silence or accompaniment of other sounds). Some exercises (eg organ exercises of speech) are presented in graphic form, while each voice exercise is presented in written and sound form (a recording presenting how to do it). You decide how long you do exercises, you may feel the need to do more repetitions of selected exercises, so the given durations are approximate values.
