I just purchased this product today. I haven't tried to use the app yet, mainly because I can't see the point of having an app for a devicea and I dislike clutter on my phone. However, after reading all the reviews I feel obligated to point out that the warranty card DOES NOT say you need this app in order for you warranty to be valid. It does say you need the QR code that comes with the device, but they just stuck the "download the app" statement on that card, presumably to get max downloads

It wants to track your location it will not allow you to log in it is not allowing you to register for the warranty service that the card comes with the product so therefore this is a joke. I would really like for someone from the manufacturer of this product to contact me and explain to me how I am supposed to have a warranty per this warranty card and get me covered because if my device breaks down you're going to need to figure out how to replace that on the freebie

disappointed with this entire brand! I purchased not one but three different vapes the first one was my best one but it was stolen, the second vape the coil was In need of replacement after one puff, lame! they did provide the replacement coil with the purchase however it only worked until I charged it then it to stopped working. the third vape came with two carts and each lasted one use after I charged it the vape said coil error . so yeah so sad about it. this brand has lost my business!
