Flowenly is a Flow Ops platform for companies whose teams work in the field and in the office. We combine GPS-enabled time tracking, task scheduling, completion documentation, HR, and CRM in a single application—so that managing your team and clients doesn't require juggling multiple tools.

Employees start a session with a QR scan or a single click. Location is verified only during the active session—tracking stops after work is completed.

• Team Scheduler and Planner
Assign tasks per employee for specific days. Employees can see today + 14 days ahead. Ability to source tasks from Kanban, CRM, or as a private task.

• Executions and Documentation
Photos of the facility, progress reports, and a GPS map of the session. Documentation ready for handover to the client, no paperwork required.

• Pipedrive-style CRM
Drag-and-drop sales funnel, contacts, companies (with dedupe by NIP), offers, VAT invoices (Invoice/InvoiceXL), electronic signature.

• HR and Leave
Online leave requests, approvals, utilization statistics, schedule integration.

Real-time team location in the field (during sessions only).
