The Focus Mobile application is compatible with the Focus Contact Center platform, it is selling and customer service to a completely new level. Focus Mobile is a solution that enables high-quality customer service from anywhere in the world. A user working outside the office can make outgoing and incoming calls using his cellular number, and data from his calls are sent to the Focus Contact Center platform. The user has a mobile access to the customer's card and can supplement the data collected during the interview with the client on an ongoing basis.

The mobile application is available for Android (version 6.0 and newer), requires installation in the internal memory of the phone and Internet access.
The application uses the device administrator privileges.
The application requires access to make and manage telephone calls.
The application requires access to the contact book.
The application is only used to synchronize calls from the history of the phone to the Focus Contact Center platform for the purpose of reporting on the work of field employees.


Thanks to the Focus Mobile application, the Administrator working on the Focus Contact Center platform, can easily download reports from field agent connections and control the work of his employee.

The Focus Mobile mobile application is used to record calls and gives the opportunity to view the customer card directly from a smartphone. It is fully synchronized with the Focus Contact Center platform. The application records the history of calls only during defined business hours for users.

Unregistered / not logged in user, not having an account in the Focus Contact Center platform, it is not possible to use the Focus Mobile application.

The number of licenses is determined based on the Agreement concluded with Focus Telecom Polska.
