Smart FM is a mobile application for ordering and handling faults and inspections. The mobile application is part of the Smart FM system supporting the management of technical maintenance services for real estate on the premises. It offers many fully functional modules that automate the process of supervision over the planning and course of maintenance services, improving resource management and minimizing costs.
The mobile application for the declarant on the client's side enables the management of notifications, notifications and services in locations assigned to the declarant. For the coordinator on the side handling the tickets, the application allows, inter alia, allows you to
management of new requests - assigning orders to service technicians. In addition, the module allows you to improve a given notification from the application level and make comments. The service technician in the mobile application has access to handling requests and the schedule. As part of the service, the service technician may accept or reject the request. After accepting the notification, the Schedule section allows you to view the orders to be executed in the specified time period.
After the application is processed, the service technician fills in the acceptance report and confirms the service.
