The application offers instant access to municipal news, information from the Public Information Bulletin (BIP). Thanks to it you will receive notifications about a crisis situation, date of waste collection or the need to pay tax.
Needs map - reporting problems
The application in a very simple way allows you to report various problems or faults.
It can be, for example, a dangerous place, a street lighting failure, a problem with waste disposal or a wild landfill. Select a ticket category, take a picture, press the location button and send the ticket.
Waste collection calendar
The application will remind you about the date of receipt of individual waste, inform you about the rules for conducting selective waste collection, and will notify you of news related to this topic. The module also allows you to send complaints about the lack of waste collection, damaged container or other situations.
Interactive map
The objects on the interactive map are grouped in categories and subcategories, has descriptive and contact data, and multimedia. An additional function is to start the navigation function leading to the selected object.
You can use the application anonymously - you don't have to create an account or provide any data. The application will only ask for permission to access:
- push notification system so that you can receive crisis alerts, reminders to display a waste container or notifications about important news
- a photo magazine to be able to add a photo to the problem reporting system
- GPS receiver to download a precise location and assign it to the notification
