Ratings and reviews

So buggy that is literally unusable. Entry fields are randomly inactive (different on each reload). Available seats have "unavailable" marker after selecting them. Already taken seats sometimes have "buy ticket" option next to them, sometimes "niedostępne" in completely different place than the previous one. API on partners sites (like empikbilety) either crashes mid loading (any browser) or dev console reports dozens of 404's upon loading. Havet't seen app so poorly written in a looooong time.

This is just a "middle man" app- if an event is cancelled, Going. will not refund your ticket money. I will never book with them again. Lost all my money by buying a ticket to Fest Festival 2023 which was cancelled, only refund they offer is a few złotychs for service charge...unbelievable!

The application does not work at all. My ticket was canceled without my knowledge and they don't move it to the same event only to a different date ( I just had to ask )but they force me to get refund . Of course new ticket more expensive and probably no seats for the event .
