I didn't get my tickets and needed to report twice to get just one. Second is pending for days and I have not heard from them since. Last time I use this tickets provider.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything using this app. They form the impression that the purchase is secure, but in case of any problems / cancellations they avoid any responsibility. Question is, in that case what is their role in the process - only collect money as a middleman? Scam.

Needs more patience. It resets itself all the time when switching between apps and doesn't remember last watched position when browsing. It needs more categories, music genres, more cities to browse and better date filtering.
