Ratings and reviews

One star is the only option. Just so you know – new transactions do not appear on the account almost always and you need to complain (and hope it is accepted later) manually. It takes a random amount of time for the cashback to be accepted - some are not accepted after two months. Also, they randomly decline the transactions and do not really care about complaining about it.

The app is generally user-friendly, but there's no option to contact support. Tapping the available options shows no internet connection. I’ve been buying items from Allegro via the app since December 2024, but none of the transactions are visible. Attempting to add them doesn’t go back past Dec 2024, even i can't add my missing activity from January 2025. Given your policy states cashback can take up to 70 days, you should provide at least 90 days to the client as well to claim back. Thanks.

I'm fed up with getting 50 notifications a day about some trashy pseudo-deals. Generally the end-user experience is somewhat like having a spamware installed. To give you an example, it shows some McDonald's deals but to get the code and make use of them you have to install the generic McDonald's app first. This doesn't make sense.
