The CEEB application supports the entry, editing, and saving of data acquired in the ZONE System within functionally separated sub-modules. The following sub-modules are supported within CEEB:
1) Environmental Inspection - This sub-module allows for the entry of data into the ZONE System from environmental inspections conducted outside the ZONE System;
2) Chimney Inspection - This sub-module allows owners and managers of buildings and premises to place orders for chimney inspections by specifying the location, proposed date, and selecting a service provider. Chimney sweepers can manage their orders and complete the requested service by preparing a document with the results of the chimney inspection;
3) Building Inventory - This sub-module allows for the completion of orders for building inventory services in the appropriate municipality for the building's location, along with full order management functionality, including electronic booking of a building inventory date, scheduling management, and service completion by preparing a document with the results of the completed inventory;
4) Smokestacks – The Smokestacks sub-module allows you to report a smokestack. Information about smokestacks entered into the system allows for further processing by inspection authorities, such as the city or municipal police, who enter data into the ZONE System during inspections.
5) Declarations – The declarations sub-module allows building owners and managers to complete, submit, and modify declarations regarding heat sources and fuel combustion in buildings and premises, both residential and non-residential. The entered data is used to provide building inventory and chimney inspection services.
6) Documents and Applications – This is a set of sub-modules in which, depending on user permissions, the user has access to: a list of ordered building inventories, a list of ordered chimney inspections, a list of applications for inclusion in the list of authorized persons, and a list of declarations regarding heat sources and fuel combustion sources.
7) Calendar – This sub-module is closely related to the building inventory sub-module. It allows those conducting building inventories to plan their availability calendar. The calendar allows building owners and managers to select a convenient date and time for building inventory services. The sub-module also allows for the generation of email notifications about upcoming calendar events. This notification is user-configurable and can be disabled.
The Ceebmapa mapping portal, available in the CEEB app, allows users to browse spatial data, search for objects, and display information about objects on the map. From this portal, users can view building information such as completed inventories, chimney inspections, and environmental inspections.
