About this app

The CEEB application supports entering, editing and saving data acquired into the ZONE System within functionally separated submodules. The following submodules are supported within CEEB:

1) Environmental inspection - the submodule enables entering data into the ZONE System from the environmental inspection carried out outside the ZONE System;

2) Chimney inspection - the sub-module enables the ordering of a chimney inspection service by owners, managers of buildings and premises by indicating the place, proposed date, as well as selecting the service contractor. Chimney sweepers have the ability to manage the order and provide the ordered service by preparing a document with the results of the chimney sweep inspection;

3) Building inventory - the submodule enables the execution of an order for a building inventory service in the local commune for the location of the building with full functionality for order management, i.e. electronic reservation of a building inventory date, date management, as well as the implementation of the service by preparing a document with the results of the inventory;

4) Cinderella - the Cinderella submodule allows you to report the so-called Cinderella. Information about smokestacks entered into the system enables further processing by the control services, i.e. city or commune guards, who enter data into the ZONE System during the control;

5) Declarations - the declarations submodule allows building owners and managers to complete, submit and modify declarations regarding heat sources and fuel combustion in residential and non-residential buildings and premises. The entered data is used to provide the building inventory and chimney inspection services

6) Documents and applications - a set of submodules in which, depending on the authorizations held, the user receives access to: a list of ordered building inventories, a list of ordered chimney sweep inspections, a list of applications for inclusion in the list of authorized persons, or a list of declarations on heat sources and fuel combustion sources

7) Calendar – this sub-module is closely related to the building inventory sub-module. It allows people carrying out building inventories to plan their availability calendar. The calendar allows building owners and managers to choose a convenient date and time for the building inventory service. The submodule also allows you to generate e-mail information about an upcoming calendar event. Generating the above-mentioned messages are configured by the user and can be turned off by the user.

The Ceebmapa map portal available in the CEEB application allows you to browse spatial data, search for objects and display information about objects on the map. From there, the user can display information about the building, such as conducted inventories, chimney inspections and environmental inspections.
