About this app

The mobile app is a free tool for managing invoices in the KSeF system.

The app enables mobile invoice management in the National e-Invoice System.

Issue and receive structured invoices directly in the KSeF system – quickly and conveniently from your phone.
The app is integrated with the KSeF 2.0 API.
Issuing invoices
• Creating invoices consistent with the current FA(3) e-Invoice logical structure.
• Using saved customer data.
• Option to issue a correction invoice for an invoice issued in the app.
• Option to save a draft copy while issuing an invoice.
Receiving and viewing invoices
• Access to issued and received invoices.
• Extensive invoice search engine – search by number, amount, date, or customer.
• Document history in one place.

Additionally:
• Ability to create and share a business card and create your own list of buyers and bank accounts.

Security
Secure login and data processing in accordance with applicable regulations.

The application is designed for sole proprietors.

It can also be used by business managers and employees responsible for invoicing who have been granted the required permissions in KSeF.

Zmiany wprowadzone w tej wersji aplikacji.
1. Dodano:
- automatyczne wylogowanie po bezczynności,
- podgląd PDF podsumowania faktury podstawowej i faktury korygującej (również w trybie pełnoekranowym),
- możliwość wystawienia faktury podobnej,
- wizualizację faktur VAT_RR wystawionych przy użyciu KSeF.
2. Wprowadzono także poprawki wizualne komunikatów i naprawiono zidentyfikowane błędy.
