This App is terrible. Products are not categorized properly, lack of product photos, products marked vegan are not vegan and vice versa (checked with producer), it crushes very often and almost every time 'product is not available' at the checkout - if it's not available why there's an available offer?! Just terrible app, I'd rather go to shop in person. Terrible

Everytime you open the app, it asks to accept T&C. After you accept, server error appears. Scrolling up in the categories isn't possible, because it triggers refresh. Categories are misleading and confusing, and there are basically no filters. Overall, it looks like a very badly encapsulated webpage into an app.

I was very satisfied until the app blocked my login. There is no way that I can log in to my current account. Every time, it says, "Wrong password." Although I have changed it, renewed, tried many times, it emailed me that my Hebe account will be deleted in 30 days. Why?! Who asked it?!
