About this app

The ImGo application enables quick identification of physical objects (machines, devices, locations, rooms, equipment etc…). You can register the relevant activities for each facility (inspection, part replacement, maintenance, inspection etc…). After completing the action, you will register the most important information by filling in the appropriate form. The data from the form will be saved on the server from where it can be reported or exported to other systems of the organization.


>> How to use ImGo?

ImGo Mobile is part of the ImGo web system. An account is required to use the application.

1. You download and install the mobile application.
2. You log in using the data provided to you - the application will download the configuration of objects, actions and attributes.
3. You go to the object: you can select the object from the structure organized in the form of a "tree", scan the NFC tag or QR code and go straight to the object screen.
4. On the facility screen you register an activity by filling in a form.
5. Information is saved on the server, from where it can be reported or exported to other systems of the organization.


>> Configuration possibilities of the ImGo system

1. As an administrator of the organization, you configure the structure of objects visible to users of the mobile application.
2. Objects in the application represent physical objects, eg machines that are part of your machine park or infrastructure elements (heat nodes, power plants, accumulation plants, air conditioning units, etc.). The names of the objects and their description are up to you.
3. Define what activities the user of the mobile application will be able to register for individual objects (eg visual inspection, reading parameters, adjustment, replacement of components, etc.). The names of activities and the scope of activities are up to you.
4. For each object you can define additional attributes (eg device serial number, ratings, specific settings, etc.).
5. You can add links to resources that will be available on the site for users of the mobile application.
6. Next, you create user accounts and grant them permissions to objects.
7. You can adapt the system configuration to your growing needs: add / remove new objects, users, activities ...
