In Hearts is an application that allows you to connect physical places of remembrance – such as tombstones and commemorative plaques – with their digital counterparts. Thanks to QR code technology, you can create a place of remembrance, accessible to family and friends from every corner of the world.

After scanning the QR code, you will gain access to the life story of a loved one: biography, photos, condolences and a virtual candle. You can create and edit memories, add the location of the grave and share them with others.

The application allows you to commemorate your loved ones in a modern, safe and dignified way. Each memory can be public, private or secured with a PIN code.
