KaucjaPL is a mobile application designed for B2B clients collaborating with the operator Kaucja.pl – Krajowy System Kaucyjny S.A.

The application supports selected processes carried out at Collection Points, including packaging acceptance and bag sealing.

The application can only be used by users assigned to entities that have signed a contract with the Kaucja.pl operator and active access to the system.

Terms of Use

Applicable requirements must be met before first logging in.

The entity must have an active contract with Kaucja.pl and access to the Customer Zone. A Collection Point must be created in the Customer Zone, and the appropriate Desk for handling the collection process must be added within this Collection Point.

The mobile application user must first be added to the Customer Zone and receive login details. Only after completing these steps can they log in to the application and use its features.
