The GPS Konsalnet Terminal application is an additional free element of the Konsalnet System used to monitor the location and parameters of vehicles, the analysis of drivers' work and the location of mobile devices.
1. In order to use the mobile application, the User must have an active account in the Konsalnet system with the privileges to use the GPS Konsalnet Terminal application, and the application launch, taking into account the above-described technical requirements, is done by generating a login and password in the Konsalnet system and using these data when logging into the GPS Konsalnet Terminal application
2. Using the mobile application does not require providing any personal data. Possible processing of personal data may take place only for the purpose of the contract and refer only to users of the Konsalnet system, ie employees and drivers (if these data are personal data) and is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016 / 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC ("RODO"). The owner provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
3. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not install the application or uninstall it. Permanent removal of an application from a mobile device is tantamount to terminating the use of the application.
