About this app

KSeF Mobile notifies you of every new invoice in the National e-Invoice System—usually within minutes of its issuance. You don't have to log in to the Taxpayer Application or wait for the accounting office.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create an account (email or Google Sign In).
2. Connect your company to KSeF with a token authorized to view invoices or a KSeF certificate—in the app or on the dashboard at ksefmobile.pl.
3. Done. Our server checks KSeF for you, and your phone receives a notification—even when the app is closed.

WHAT YOU GET
• Push notifications for cost invoices (and optionally sales invoices): customer, amount, number.
• List of invoices broken down by day, search engine, and filters: direction, period, customer, tags, and only unread.
• Invoice details: net, VAT, and gross amounts, line items, due date, and account number—copyable with a single tap. • Document-style invoice visualization with KSeF verification QR code.
• PDF and XML files for sharing with the accountant via email, WhatsApp, or any app.
• Dashboard: monthly summary, due dates, upcoming due dates, and largest contractors.
• Reports with charts: revenue and expenses by month, tag share, largest contractors, VAT, and overdue payments, with export to PDF and Excel (Standard and Office plans).
• Tax calculator: PIT, VAT, and ZUS estimates for the month, quarter, or year (Standard and Office plans).
• Multiple companies (NIPs) in one account and a view of all companies at once – convenient for accounting offices.
• Quiet hours, hourly or daily summaries, minimum notification amount, and hiding amounts on the lock screen.
• Fingerprint lock, dark mode, and offline access to saved data.

SECURITY
• Read only: KSeF Mobile does not issue or send invoices.
• The KSeF token and certificate are stored encrypted and never returned to the app.
• No ads or tracking. You can delete your account and all data in Settings.

The Free plan is free. Requires a company KSeF account (token or certificate).

KSeF Mobile is not an official application of the Ministry of Finance or the National Revenue Administration. It uses the KSeF public API on behalf of the user and solely based on the permissions granted by the user.
