Application is a part of the e-maintenance suite which allows measuring, analyzing, understanding and improving customer satisfaction and experience.

Example types of questionnaires captured by the application may be: survey, checklist or audit form, form with a wide range of parameterization (in terms of questionnaire graphical design and its structure).

Gathered data is stored in a central database located in a cloud.
