LiczMat is an offline-first calculator and optimizer for building materials, made for crews, tradespeople and DIYers. Count. Plan. Build.
WHAT IT DOES:
• Material calculators: tiles and panels (with layout waste), paints, plasters, glues and primers (package coverage, number of coats), sheet cutting (MDF, OSB, plywood) and linear cutting of profiles, trims and pipes — with waste minimization.
• Trade calculators: concrete, mortar, screed, plaster, wallpaper, grout, insulation.
• NEW — Walls / Masonry: bricks, blocks, ceramic and sand-lime blocks, aerated concrete (Ytong), Porotherm, plus partition walls. Get pieces + mortar/adhesive with waste and editable coefficients.
• Chained calculations: after one material the app suggests the next (tiles → grout and adhesive, paint → primer, panels → underlay and skirting), carrying the area over.
• Cut plan drawn to scale — see where every piece and off-cut lands.
• Extensive material catalog plus YOUR OWN materials saved permanently, with price history.
• Projects and estimates: save calculations, add results to a shopping list, archive projects and export a PDF — a technical report or an investor estimate with labour, margin and VAT.
• Shareable shopping list as CSV.
• Nearby building stores on a map.
• Unit converter and home-screen shortcuts.
• Works fully offline. Money is computed exactly (no rounding errors). 10 languages (incl. EN, PL, DE, CS, SK, RO, UK). Units mm/cm/m and currency choice.

The account is optional — calculating never needs a sign-in. Once signed in, the same projects and rooms are on your phone and in your browser.
