Tired of manually entering your schedule into your phone's calendar? MedCal Pro organizes it for you and keeps track of how much you actually work.

YOUR SCHEDULE, YOUR RULES
Set your shift pattern—day, night, 24-hour, 48-hour, 8-hour, on-call—and the app will spread it out over the following months. Has your schedule changed? Add a new pattern with an effective date; the previous one remains in your history, so your statistics don't change back then.

7 TYPES OF SHIFT
Day, night, 24-hour, 48-hour, 8-hour, on-call, and day off. Each has its own hours, color, and icon. With on-call shifts, you can also save your calls—from which time to which you were at the hospital.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU PAY?
Enter your rate and allowances, and MedCal Pro will estimate your gross salary: night, Sunday, and holiday allowances, medical on-call duty, standby time, daily and average weekly overtime, seniority and functional allowances. This is an informative estimate, not a payslip—but it shows what to expect and where every penny comes from.

WORKING TIME STANDARDS UNDER CONTROL
The app checks your schedule against the Labor Code: daily and weekly rest periods, weekly limits, night work, and the settlement period. Violations are visible directly in the calendar and statistics.

VACATION
Three modes: a common pool for all positions, separate limits for each position, or no vacation time. Annual day limit, hourly rate, and rollover of unused days to the next year.

STATISTICS
How many hours this month? How many night hours, holidays, and vacation days? Monthly and yearly charts, breakdown by component, and job location comparison. Shifts extending through midnight and Polish holidays are calculated correctly.

CALENDAR AND TASKS
Smooth vertical scrolling, color-coded markings, and daily notes. Add meetings, training sessions, and shifts—one-time or recurring, with reminders. Quick entry allows you to mark an entire month in seconds.

PDF, WIDGET, NOTIFICATIONS
Send your schedule to a colleague as a PDF. Keep your upcoming shifts on your home screen. Set a pre-shift reminder and a morning daily summary.

POLISH HOLIDAYS
14 statutory holidays, including Christmas Eve and movable holidays calculated using the Easter algorithm. Plus over 20 customary holidays: St. Nicholas Day, St. Andrew's Day, and Grandmother's Day.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
Your schedule, notes, and settings are saved on your phone, and the app works fully offline. You can—but don't have to—log in with your Google or Apple account to enable cloud backup and cross-device synchronization. Cloud backup is and will remain free, and data is stored on servers in the European Union. No ads, no profiling, no selling. Patient data is not included here, and the app is not intended for them.
