I have been playing tenor saxophone for quite a while now, and I can most of the time tune really well to the rest of the band. Well, I was using this app the other day while practicing and I pulled out my mouth piece and it continued to tell me I was very sharp, I tried pushing in it said the same thing, I pulled out, waiting for it to tell me when I was in tune, however it told me I was in tune when my mouth piece was almost completely off the neck of my sax. it was way off.

To the people who say the screen is showing the wrong note, it's just transposing, something y'all should learn, but overall, I would agree the app is not as good as it could be.

Just picked up saxophone needed a tool to help me keep tone. This was the best of four I tried. Use it also to tune my guitars and to get a sense of tone on a native flute
