The "violin" sound has vibrato! I'm a professional violinist and looking for an app to help my students out. This isn't it, you can't tune properly to a wavering pitch. It should also be tuned in fifths based on an A440 (the A string). I didn't check to see if it is, it may be, but I thought it might help the creators with perfecting the app.
Really good for a finer tuning. The bridge felt as is a new violin and I replaced all the strings. Was the best app for continuous and finer tuning in order to keep the bridge on its place. Don't let the string vibrate for too long or it will mess the reading when it slows down.
I am a beginner so It might have cost me a string but at least i know what my violin supose to sound like now. Before all my string was ajust like g1 d1 a1 and e1 it sounds terrible. I recommend this app to all beginner ( it might cost you a string to understand how to tune it) but overall it worth it. Now my twinkle twinkle little star sound like it supose to :D thank you for this app
I love my violin and I play it a lot, but the down part to that is it can get out of tune.when I saw this app I thought it was just another junky app that took up usage but when I started using it i was surprised and now it's my go to app for my vioLin. I would recommend it, professional or nonperfessional.
I don't know why everyone is writing bad reviews! This app is perfect. I jus did UIL and it tuned me perfectly. So quit your whining and deal with it.
I compared it to a electronic tuner and its pretty accurate. I dont know what all the bad reviews are about
