About this app

RazorFlow is an app for barbershop and salon teams that work with the RazorFlow system. Barbers, managers, salon owners, and salon chain owners all have their own screens on their phones: everyone sees what they need for their daily work, within their scope of authority.

For Barbers
• Quickly record sales of services and products.
• Statistics, team rankings, and achievements.
• Paycheck overview: commissions, bonuses, and settlements.
• Work schedule, leave requests, responsibilities, and tasks.
• Salon announcements, surveys, product orders, and reports.

For Managers
• Daily dashboard and cashier control.
• Team schedule and leave requests.
• Team tasks with photos.
• Team paychecks, orders, and reports.

For Salon Owners
• Results, statistics, and salon analysis in one place.
• Cash register, team paychecks, and reports.
• Team, HR documents, equipment, and products. • Vouchers, packages, and subscriptions for salon clients.
• Salon settings, services, and service price list.
• Marketing: social media content, team photos, and the salon website. AI features only work with your consent.

For salon chain owners
• Network dashboard: salons, sales, and network billing in a single view.

Conveniently on your phone
• Secure login: your session is protected in your phone's secure storage.
• Photos from the camera or gallery can be attached to tasks and documentation.
• Reports and documents can be opened, shared, or printed.
• Notifications can be enabled in the app settings.
• Interface language selection, including Polish, English, and Ukrainian.

Account and privacy
The salon owner registers the salon with RazorFlow, and the employee creates an account and joins the salon with an invitation code. The app requires a RazorFlow account and an internet connection. Available modules depend on the salon's role and settings. In the app settings, you can request account deletion, withdraw consent to AI features, and report inappropriate content.
