About this app
redAi is an AI assistant deployed at your premises: it knows your documents, arrangements, and workflow. This app gives you access to it from your phone.
IMPORTANT: The app doesn't work alone. You need a deployed redAi instance, and the connection code is issued by your company's administrator.
WHAT IS IT USEFUL FOR?
A question about contract terms while on your way to a client's office. Agreed on a meeting from a month ago while you're standing in the hall. A response to a client written from your phone, without waiting for them to return to the office. A conversation started in the morning on the computer and finished in the afternoon on the road.
WHAT IT CAN DO
• Answers questions about your documents, procedures, and previous arrangements
• Maintains continuous conversations between your phone and computer without copying anything
• Shows team projects and what's happening in them
• Opens company tabs specified by the administrator without having to log in again
• Accepts voice commands and reads responses aloud when your hands are full
• Allows you to start a conversation in a selected project and return to previous ones on the list
HOW IT DIFFERS FROM PUBLIC AI CHAT NETWORKS
Public chat is internet-savvy. Your redAi instance knows you: contracts, price lists, procedures, and the history of arrangements. You don't translate the context every time or paste the same documents over and over again, and the conversation history remains on your server.
HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Ask your administrator for a code (in the instance: Settings, Mobile App)
2. Enter the code on the first screen; it's valid for 10 minutes and works only once.
3. The phone connects to your instance and talks only to it from then on.
No need to create an account or create another password.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR DATA?
• Calls and projects stay on your instance.
• Device access is maintained by a storage protected by the phone system.
• Each device receives a separate, one-time code that expires after 10 minutes.
• Disconnecting a device in the dashboard immediately revokes access.
• No advertising, no profiling, no data sales, no external analytics.
