SupermediaGO is a mobile application designed for SupermediaGO subscribers with an active account on the Supermedia online Customer Portal (https://ebok.supermedia.cloud).
The application allows you to watch selected TV channels live on your smartphone or tablet. The current list of available channels is available at www.supermediago.pl.
Key features:
Access to the TV offerings on up to 10 mobile devices (simultaneous viewing on 3 devices).
Replay TV – watch a program broadcast within the last 3 days.
Time Shift – rewind and fast-forward the currently watched program.
Recording – start during broadcast or schedule a recording in advance (available for 30 days).
Preview available channels without logging in.
Recommendations for programs, series, and movies ("My Lists" tab).
List of the most popular items based on viewing statistics.
TV listings with detailed descriptions ("Now on TV" tab).

Service Access Terms and Conditions
After ordering the service, customers receive access to 50 channels available through SupermediaGO via the iOS mobile app. The app can be downloaded free of charge from the Google Play Store.
Installation requires:
a device running Android 4.4 or later,
an active account in the Supermedia Customer Portal,
a valid SupermediaGO service contract.
Content can only be viewed on the local Supermedia internet network (excluding Supermedia commercial links).
To protect broadcasters' rights, the app only works on devices with unmodified operating systems.
Installation constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Service available at: https://supermediago.pl/page/regulamin
Logging in
Access to the app requires an active account in the Customer Portal (https://ebok.supermedia.cloud). Login is performed using your customer number as your login and the password used in the Supermedia E-BOK. Changing your password in the Customer Portal automatically updates it in the app as well.
