About this app

The "My USWPS" application provides quick and easy access to the key information students need for their daily studies. The application is designed for students pursuing higher education at SWPS University.

The application includes the following modules:

• Course Schedule: The student can check their course schedule for the current semester, which includes the course name, instructor, group, time, and location. From the schedule, they can also go directly to Google Classroom. Information like:
- schedule changes (cancelled or make-up classes),
- clashes (classes scheduled at the same time),
- exams
are highlighted in the schedule with coloured borders. The student can view the schedule for a selected programme of study, download the calendar in PDF or ICS format, and receive push and in-app notifications about changes to the course schedule.

• Grades: The student can view current and final grades, their grade average, and the total ECTS credits earned. They can display grades for a selected programme of study and semester. They can also receive push and in-app notifications about new grades.

• News: The student can read the latest news organised into five categories:
1. news from the university sent by student support departments and the Faculty,
2. notifications about changes to the course schedule,
3. notifications about new grades,
4. information about overdue payments to the university,
5. notifications about status changes of inquiries, requests, and applications for certificates.

• Menu: The student can use quick links to access the most important features available in the Virtual University, such as making inquiries to the Center for Student Affairs, sending requests, obtaining certificates, checking fee information, and accessing the Knowledge Base. The menu will also include additional information on current matters (e.g., exam session, recruitment for Erasmus+).


The mobile application for students of SWPS University was created as part of the project "Mój Uniwersytet SWPS / My SWPS University" (BPI/WTP/2021/1/00049), which received funding in the "Welcome to Poland" competition organized by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) (implementation period: May 2022 – April 2023, funding amount: PLN 400,000, funding source: European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development).

The development of the mobile application is part of the project “My USWPS – A University Becoming More Accessible”, funded by the European Funds for Social Development program.

What’s new

• We have introduced the dark mode.
• The app will now display notifications about changes in the status of your requests, inquiries, and certificate applications.
• Above the class schedule, you will see a section with banners, where you will find the most important information from the University.
• In the "More" section, which you will find in the bottom menu, we will publish additional information on current matters (exam session, recruitment for Erasmus+, etc.).
